Powered Tote Dumpers for Controlled Material Collection and Discharge
Multi-purpose tote dumpers provide an efficient way to collect, transport, lift, and dump bulk materials from polyethylene totes. Designed for schools, hospitals, commercial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and industrial work areas, these powered tote dumpers help one operator empty loaded totes with less manual lifting, tipping, and strain.
One-Person Dumping Operation
To use the dumper, the operator rolls the tote into position, secures it in place, and activates the hand pendant control. The tote rotates up to 135 degrees to discharge contents in approximately 25 seconds, supporting faster material transfer and improved productivity during repetitive dumping tasks.
Built-In Handling Features
Standard features include a floor lock for positioning, hand pendant control with an 8 foot coil cord, and one MPT-2 polyethylene tote. The steel frame and durable blue finish support long-term use in demanding commercial and industrial environments.
Dump Heights and Tote Options
This family includes 48 inch, 60 inch, and 72 inch dump height models with 600 lb. capacity. Capacity may be limited by the tote being used. Additional polyethylene totes and an optional hand control pedestal are available for facilities that need added flexibility in material handling, waste collection, or process dumping applications.
